Can you view your mobile account usage? You should have been sent separately 2 codes, if charged twice.

I have alresdy highlighted that the 79100 numbernis not working correctly. Mtbthread seems to have been removed. Im able to send premium rate texts elsewhere, just not this one. It needs investigating. |

After you click the option to upgrade by text, it opens the page where you select silver or gold. There's a box, where you enter the code received via text to your mobile number

Admins advice.
FIRSTLY, please check your SPAM / BLOCKED folder on your messages app. Often the text will end up there.
If you don't receive a PIN from us, YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED. Please don't text again within 24hrs in case your PIN arrives and you get charged more than once
These are some common reasons text upgrades fail:
* You're not in the UK (text upgrades only work in the UK from a UK SIM)
* You don't have sufficient credit if you're on PAYG
* You're not setup to receive adult premium content (contact your mobile network, they can age verify you and sort this)
* Your network has blocked your account from receiving premium contact because of other issues
* You don't have reception
* Your phone inbox is full |

I’m having the same issue.. can’t renew by Text as the 79100 number not working for me..
I’ve had this before but it normally clears after a few attempts..
Been trying for about 5 days now and no luck.
Have contacted admin several times and no reply..

Have you checked that your account, on your mobile network, currently supports short code premium rate text messages? They may block provision of such services, or your account specific configuration isn't supporting it. The newer MVNOs (Mobile Virtual Network Operators) can occasionally have account differences from the underlying full network. If the network doesn't permit it, then Fab wouldn't get connection from your premium rate short code texts. |
