I've noticed that you've had some threads that have recently filled up to their maximum supported posts numbers. C.175. Nobody can open and create new posts into them, once their capacity is full.
If threads remain open and users fulfil the requirements for forum usage, conditional to not having a ban - as Nicecouple stated above - then users can post. |
