Here's a copy of what Fab states, in its overview of what basic and site supporters get from the site -
'What you don't get:
No personal support on site/account
All help/advice on using the site is via the FAQ pages or the site support forum'
It's worthwhile posting into the help section, as there's always someone online and they may know the answer. Contact with Admin can be made directly, for such things as account upgrade issues or to report things like inappropriate behaviour from others, etc.  |
