Check your SPAM / BLOCKED folder on your messages app. Often the text will end up there.
If not these are some common reasons text upgrades fail:
* You're not in the UK (text upgrades only work in the UK from a UK SIM)
* You don't have sufficient credit if you're on PAYG
* You're not setup to receive adult premium content (contact your mobile network, they can age verify you and sort this)
* Your network has blocked your account from receiving premium contact because of other issues
* You don't have reception
* Your phone inbox is full |

Have you checked? My adult content/premium number blocker activated randomly one day had to go and remove it up again |

Have you ensured your mobile network is definitely providing premium text messages to your account? Sometimes they can input changes for the whole network or just single accounts. I sent a test text earlier and it definitely worked and returned the PIN code. Perhaps contact your network and get them to confirm that you can. |

What did your network state was the reason their network wouldn't accept the text? (I note that your device couldn't send the message from your earlier response). |

What did your network state was the reason their network wouldn't accept the text? (I note that your device couldn't send the message from your earlier response).
Fab is receiving the premium rate text messages and is replying to them. |
