Not showing up under hot photos

Hi all, quick question about the Hot Photos section.

Let’s say we got 70 fabs on a pic within 24 hours, and we look on Hot Photos and scroll through to photos that have 70 fabs, our photos don’t show up. Can anyone explain why this is? Hope this doesn’t sound terribly vain!

it’s just weird cos sometimes they do and sometimes they don’t.
