Couples account changed to Man when still playing as a couple, Why?

Hi, we have an MF couples account (Apple3). After Christmas only Rob was active on the account because I was recovering from surgery, but it seems that our photos with me in them have been removed, and the profile now only shows one person’s details (age, etc.).

Please review our verification photo and our existing verifications, as we are a genuine couple and would like our account status restored to MF couple.
