see messages sent to yourself

Hi, all, I accidentally sent myself a message.. I know. But now it shows theboth the sent and received above my profile. Even if I only see them, can I remove them?

Delete it the usual way from your in box and tap on the small greyed out icon to the right of the message in your sent box
