We are a couple and being on Fab as a couple count for 18 months our account was changed to a single males account and all of our photos or photos was taken off. We did not know as a couple we can’t decide we want to meet people solo
I’ve contacted admin and asked them to change back our account to couples account. We have verification meets and photo verified. Been waiting 10 hours for admin to respond. |

You've done the right thing, by contacting Admin..At busy times, it can take longer than at others, due to the efforts of running the site, in addition to dealing with queries, etc.
