Is there anyway of getting used of the chat room reinstated , not really sure why I got banned and seems silly to make a new profile, have messaged through feedback section multiple Times

Contact admin and ask for a review.

If they are to remove the ban, they will mail you.

If you hear nothing back, they will have reviewed your contact and decided the ban is staying in place.
