Verifications - Problem

Hi Folks

I’ve had two people verify me by meeting and they’ve screenshotted their verifications however neither has been received by me.

Is this because they’re have been sent before I’ve been a member for less than 72hrs or is it some other technical glitch?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If they're outwith your filters (or you theirs) then the verification won't save.

It can happen, when filters on 1 of the profiles excludes some aspects of the other, such as gender, age, newbie status, etc. Also, if the profiles have shared WiFi.
