Unable to get photo verified for new solo account

Hey, trying to set up a solo account for myself (Mrs) and it says that photo verification should only take 10mins but it's been nearly an hour. Any ideas why?

The photo moderators are volunteers and the workload can vary, such as at holiday times, when more photos may be submitted and some volunteers might also be enjoying time away. Thew are working hard for your benefit, so sometimes a little extra patience may help
