I have a filter on to block guys who haven’t been verified but they are still going through. Why is the filter not working?

Are they people who you have engaged with before? Once any interestion starts, the filters no longer apply to that profile.

Are they photo verified? The filter let's through photo OR meet verified.

Some of them have neither of them. Just the person is on mobile
