Unable to update our profile

Hello. We're not able to update our profile. Says about website or unwanted content.

Unfortunately Mandy suffered a small stroke during an operation last year. This has left her with balance issues and deafness in her right ear. It doesn't impact play, but she does need a stick (or an arm to hold) while walking.

I can't see why any of that isn't OK?

You are getting caught in this, mentioning it whatever the context will block

Hull

From reading what is already on your profile and seeing a similar post from someone else last week it could be the H n H that is already on your profile that is blocking the update.

I might be totally wrong but the other person removed that and the change went through.
