I've been trying to use a remote webcam as the one on my laptop isn't very good.
The webcam i'm trying to use works fine on my laptop and with my phone but it won't work in the chat rooms. Am i missing something or am i stuck with a rubbish laptop camera and juggling with my phone camera and unable to type with the phone camera running ? |

My first thought is do you have the cam open before you join? You can open two cam screens from your cam so close it before you open cam in chat.
If not that, check you have given permissions on your laptop to use the camera and that you are using the webcam (go to device manager then disable laptop cam and enable web cam)
Try another browser.
Clearing your internet cache often solves it if you still can’t get your cam working |
