For some countries, typically the English speaking ones, such as Ireland,Australia, USA and others, you can select the country most easily in the desktop Fab version. For others, your web browser can typically retain your location in cookies, that may show your previous location, such as in Scotland, even when you have moved.
If you edit your account and remove the postcode and retype the location where you now reside, it will start to remove the details from your profile. Clearing the Fab cookies from your web browser, should then get your browser to resave the location cookies, if you give your browser location permissions, when asked.
If you download an alternative web browser such as Opera and then login to Fab on it, again giving it location details permissions, it will restart your location details, from your position you're at, when doing it. It can be helpful to have had it restarted this way. |
