No, there's no way to use a Turkish postcode equivalent, inside Fab.
You will show up in Turkey, if you have your settings set, to permit this and would be seen by those nearby you there, who look for who's near.

You might need to delete the Fab cookies from your web browser.
If you need to change the country on your profile use the drop-down at the bottom of this page:

Then change your town/city details on this page:

You're showing as Manchester, by text, so you probably don't need to do the country and city location change but I've added it, just in case, potentially for others.
After you've deleted your cookies you could download a different web browser such as Opera and login to Fab, giving it location permissions. This should revert your profile to your actual location. You can then log back in, via your initial web browser, if you like.
