Membership problem

Hi
I tried to send text twice but neither have sent back the corresponding code to renew my membership. Ive never had this issue before so my worry is im being charged yet not getting the code

Exactly the same happening for me. Kinda reassuring in itself knowing it's probably a site issue. It'll likely be fixed up soon |

Same here...sent 3 times no code reply...obviously something wrong eh...just hope I'm not charged 3 times if they all come through haha |

Same here, sent but no code recieved, it says if you don't get a text back you won't be charged....not convinced... |

Check your SPAM / BLOCKED folder on your messages app. Often the text will end up there.
If not these are some common reasons text upgrades fail:
* You're not in the UK (text upgrades only work in the UK from a UK SIM)
* You don't have sufficient credit if you're on PAYG
* You're not setup to receive adult premium content (contact your mobile network, they can age verify you and sort this)
* Your network has blocked your account from receiving premium contact because of other issues
* You don't have reception
* Your phone inbox is full |

Ive checked my spam, I am allowed premium content and ive cleared my message cache and inbox.
Definitely an issue. Id like to upgrade but dont want to try paypal and then still get charged for texts. |

Text upgrades are not available at present, you'll need to try another method. We'll update when this is resolved
