Are you saying that ID Mobile are stating that your account is configured for premium rate services, including premium short code text messages? You have sufficient credit? Those 3 things are the typical issues with your mobile network.
Are you getting an error message and if so, what is it?
I'm assuming that you've not been charged and not received the code, despite checking in your spam text folder
