Unable to post in forums

Hi, there was another thread on this subject, that was closed by moderator; however, this seems to be a common issue for newer profiles.
One of my friends, and long time site supporter and user has set up a couples profile having now entered the relationship. The new profile has been live for months, but they cannot post in forums
I now have the same issue, I have a new couples account, and we are verified. We appreciate that newbie cannot post in the forums for the first couple of weeks but that timeframe has now passed.
The site will let us write a comment or reply on a forum thread, but not actually post it.
The moderator on the previous thread, said to contact admin using https://m.fabswingers.com/contact/owners but we have all done that and had no response.
Is there a bug that needs fixing, or a reason that certain profiles are being blocked from commenting?

It isn't a bug. As Mods advise , the person themselves need to contact Admin who will review. If they are going to lift a block or ban they will mail to let the person know
Please don't have multiple people contacting Admin over a persons block, it just adds to their workload.
