Long time Fab user banned

Hi, I hope this is allowed. If not feel free to delete.
I made an online friend on fab, she seemed quite popular, had a few meet veris and was also photo verified. I have contact with her outside fab hence this topic.
She said she was banned out of the blue with no warning or reason. She has tried to contact fab admins through the "contact us" link and directly through email but has never had a response. She really wants to know if this was a mistake or error or if it was something she did.
The strange thing is, she says she is still getting a couple of profile views every day even though her profile is not visible.
Has anyone else has this issue and was able to get it resolved?

People are rarely banned out of the blue although admin have said there are one or two reasons that can happen. She will have had at least one warning and have transgressed that again in all probability. If she's contacted admin and received no response their decision stands |

Also mods have nothing to do with suspending profiles that's admin and they won't discuss another person's profile with you |
