Admin only contact you as your sponsorship is running out not to deal with issues I will not be renewing as I’ve been blocked for 3 weeks wonder if I will be refunded I’ll not hold my breath |

Websites and service providers are at liberty to control the content of materials added to their property, which potentially also imposes risks for them.
Taken from the Fab Account/Upgrade page, Fab details the limits to the support you don't get -
'What you don't get:
No personal support on site/account
All help/advice on using the site is via the FAQ pages or the site support forum.'

What it means is that regular or site supporter upgrade type users, are not provided with direct customer support contact. For a free of charge service, this is very reasonable, especially as it's made explicitly clear to us. Site Supporters only get provided with the exact additional service features that Fab details. But no difference in service support contact.
Fab can restrict our use of some aspects of its services, if we don't use them in ways it agrees with. This includes the status update feature, or message feature, for example. You will often get an automatic warning, if something is detected that's not permitted.
Users can contact Admin, if we want them to review a decision. They don't respond, if it's not going to change. A message is sent if it's going to change.
As you didn't hear back, it's not going to happen/change. Each time you contact Admin, you are diverting their efforts/resources away from the important job of running Fab for the benefits of everyone using it.
