Couple profile

I verified as a single. A year+ ago we did a search for other couples and the profile switched to a couples one despite never verifying as a couple. This was eventually resolved.

However it has happened again and the profile shows as a verified couple. Is there someone that can change it back to a single please?

2 people on the account, so why would you say single?

The veris detail one person, so only one of you met whoever verified you

So it's already a single veri

So what's the issue?

We are not a “couple”. Both have our own accounts. Never intended the account to be a couples one. Was just a search one evening browsing. The search function has since changed. Back then you could search for people looking for couples. It was a moment of curiosity.

I think it's an admin contact tab down at the bottom of the page

I can’t find an easy way to contact admin, definitely not a button at the bottom of my page. Was directed to this forum from help pages.
