SLA for Admin to reply

Hi guys! I need help and support from you. I have recently started a thread with the Admin to take action and have sent 2-3 messages on that with the help of contact link on the reply button.

I am looking for a resolution but waiting for Admin to reply. The thread started this morning. Does anyone have any idea about the SLA for Admin to reply/ take actions.

I've responded in your other forum post. It's worth mentioning that the more messages that you send, if about the same thing, the greater the volume of pressure that you are loading, on top of them also having to look after the operation and development of Fab, for the benefit of us all.
