Just had galaxy note 3 and can't seem to connect to cam

Hi have the same problem since my up grade o my Note2. Watch cams for short while then it cuts off.

I have an lg smart tv and an lg compatible video cam it works perfectly with Skype but not fab swingers...why?

(http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/archived-flash-player-versions.html) scroll down to find your android version (Last supported version is archived as android 4.0)but there are alternate java versions (android 11.1, find your relevant flash object for your device.) disable updates as updates are no longer available.
