Hi, I know you're all busy guys but I been having trouble upgrading my membership!
I have tried twice now to contact you though the 'Contact' link at the bottom of the page but still no luck!
I first sent the required text message to the correct number, (checked and double checked) and waited patiently for over a day, then tried to upgrade on the phone number only to get the automated response 'sorry calls are not being conected to this number at present'
having failed both attempts, I sent you a message through the contact link and waited..... nothing.
So tried again on the text message and yes I sent it to the right number and with the right word! and waited again....... nothing, so tried yet again on the 0905 number same message... not being connected.......
sent a second message to you via contact link at bottom of page and still waiting for any response at all.... even if it's we don't want your money!!!!!
which to be honest, i'm beginning to think might be the case!
I have tried to get it sorted any chance of some help?

If your using a mobile it could be your operator has blocked adult services. Admin are incredibly busy on here and do take time to get around to replying im still waiting for an answer to a question I asked on Monday.
You could also do a search on the forums as I know the problem your having paying to upgrade has been covered many times before |

Unfortunately if texting or phone call doesn't work for you because of blocks on your network there's nothing we can do to remove those blocks for you 
We do plan to introduce payment by credit card very shortly as an alternative

My phone bill (landline) is part of my company accounts, and therefore seen by others so what appears on a phone bill?
failing that i'll send you a tenner through the post!

They say no numbers blocked, claim number must be busy! try later....... will try couple more times and if not will use land line. |
