Trying to contact admin, our profile was randomly changed from a couples profile to single male out of the blue without our permission!? And all our photos of us together where deleted. We would appreciate it being changed back ASAP as site supporters we found this really annoying and whatever reason you had for this we would appreciated a message before hand! It's been like this for days and have tried several ways of contacting the site to change it with no success! Something you need to work on maybe!?   |

Admin do this sometimes, usually when a profile says "only the male is playing". This is to prevent a newly-single male trading on the verifications he got when part of a couple. They do the same to a single female's profile, if the female says that she doesn't play without her partner being present. I don't think they send a warning first, as that would just enable people to keep the 'wrong' kind of profile, by being more careful how they phrase it.
Your profile looks likes a couples profile, though, so the only way to get it changed back is via the "contact" link at the bottom of the page. Admin say they usually try to deal with these matters within 48 hours, but I guess it all depends how busy they are. |

Well, it's obviously written as a couples profile. There are no female details, did they take them off, or you? |

No we logged in the other day and by pure chance went to upload some photos and then saw all our photos as a couple had been rejected, we then checked our profile and all Mrs TPs details had been removed. it's so frustrating no reason behind it what so ever, that were aware of that is X |
