Just done the dumbest thing an delete all my messages by mistake. Don't suppose there is a method of getting them back?

You Dont Need to Know, right now

Try putting up a status explaining that you deleted all messages by accident, and asking people to message you again. If they click your profile, wondering why you didn't reply, they will see your status and won't take the hump.
