Keep getting 'youre not ok to chat' message

Please can anybody help me? Everytime I go into chat and try and select a room eg Directing room or General chat I get a message saying 'You're not ok to chat'

I havent abused anyone or any rules so why is this suddenly happening?

Any clues anyone?
