Why can't the site incorporate a facility to block people that they dont want to hear from. I.e bi, or bi curious guys. The site has it for other user types, like newbies, or profile not yet verified ect, so why not this? |

As people would probably see you have a bi block on, change their profile choice and then mail you to get round said block.
If admin made it a one time only choice of sexuality then that would annoy folks as their sexuality can change in time as they explore themselves and try new things. They wouldn't be able to change it to suit then so would have to start a new profile etc.
It would also encourage them to have 2 profiles, one set as bi and one set as straight (although that does happen now too).

well i disagree, I left one site because of mither.. it would be a matter of choice for pll like us, who constantly get message from bi or curious guys asking to meet.
Plus our profile would be blocked from them viewing our pro, so changing it just so that they can view it wouldnt happen very often.
Changing one's profile has happened on here a cpl of times and they are easily found out.
All we are saying is that it gives pll the facility/choice to block any messages from bi guys, the site could also incorborate it in the search engine so that when we do search for guys to meet, we don,t get 100 of profiles where the guy is bi, or curious...
And if plls sexualty changes,,, well for a small charge their profile can be changed ,,, coz if pll are truly changing, a small fee wouldnt be a prob. id pay to be able to block the message we get from bi guys.
As for having two profile, im no web wizzard, but i have seen sites where people have set up two profiles, and somehow it shows up all their profiles that they have an alias or a second profile... if this site is to progress surely it an option.  |

Does anyone who runs this site read these messages??? or they just here for the fun of it??
there is no facility to message the sites managers, so thought i would try here, seems pointless realy. All thats going to happen is that other people read this and give their opinion which isnt what i was looking for.  |

i think no matter what happens on this site its never gonna satisfy 100% of the users.i do think admin does apretty good job and does take on board suggestions.i know this because myself and soem other users suggested a general chat 2 and it didnt take long for it to appear.obviously admin cant be online 24/7 but when they are on they take notice of its site users.i think rather than complain you could of just contacted admin and suggested your idea.i dotn think your idea would work to be honest ive seen and reported quite a few of single males who ahve chosen female astheir sex to get past single male blocking and this would also happen to get past your block if it was passed.all in all i think this site is one of the best and ITS FREE! if you feel the site is letting you down or not good enough you could maybe try another? |

The site doesn't have a facility to search or identify bi/bi curious people.
When it does (it is included in the intended updates), blocking/filtering will probably be included.

We do read all site suggestions in the forum, including this one.
We don't always comment on them all.

thanks for that update... im sure a lot of pll on here would like to see it happen. as i have had read other pll profiles, and that means cpls and single guys pros, and they start off with sumat like, "Guys please stop messaging me, im not bi never will be. or words to that effect,ect ect. So its not just us.
Im sure it will be used by cpls and st8 single guys alike.In fact i would even pay for it... |

if you read half the bi offers you get, you will see they are straight on their profiles, so not sure how a filter would help
thats what the block button is for
but more importantly when did sunds find the forums lol |

We can see one major problem.... half of couples have the ladies details as the first person, the other half have the guys details first.... so if you wanted to filter out couples with bi males.... how the hell would the software know which was which? |

I think that you've identified the 1st problem! There's no way to identify the sex of each person on a couples profile! I think Charles & Camilla is easy enough, but Brick & Mortar?  |

To be fair it's only recently been added to the search function so maybe it's on the list of to do's.
I don't know for sure but I don't think fab has a large team of I.t. specialists tweaking the site continuously, the I.t. they do have spend most of their time trying to keep the site running.
They do a good job.
Perfection takes time.
