My pics get approved then blocked days or weeks later. Is someone just trying to look busy?

I assume you mean the pic were removed rather than you were blocked from uploading more pics.

More likely they were reported for not complying with the pic rules, you should have been told why they were removed, ie other people are recognisable I them etc.

If you think they were wrongly removed contact Admin and ask for a review.

Perhaps they should work from the same rule book. The fem in my pics couldn't be identified. My cock was in front of her face
