I've come across a fake profile that has a picture that was hacked from our laptop 2 years ago and uploaded to the internet along with several others.I'm assuming this is where the user obtained it. Although the fake user has cropped it to a body only shot the original shows our faces quite clearly and I have no doubt that if this person can use the picture in a fake profile they would have no problem sending this as a face picture or possibly one of the others hacked.
I have contacted admin twice to report and request the image removed as a matter of urgency due to the embarrassment and problems caused should we be recognised but the user is still active and the picture still there .I appreciate how much mail Admin must get but surely something of such a sensitive nature warrants some urgency?
Any suggestions as to how else I can contact Admin would be very welcome |

It can take Admin upto 48 hours to process a report.
Here is what Admin say -
******Just a quick note. If people report others and we can verify that they have broken site rules, we always take action (either a first and final warning, partially suspended account, fully suspended, mixture of the above).
Every single report sent via the REPORT link is reviewed. Clearly it's not in our interests to have people on here who are bad for the site. Equally we need to verify what has been reported and be fair to those who have been reported.

PS. we never provide feedback on what has happened. It's just not practical given that we get 100s of reports a day.
Here is what the page says after a report has been submitted:
