my webcam has stopped working on fab but still works on other places , any advice?????

Delete temp internet files

Reboot

Install the latest adobe flash player (google it)

Should fix it. If not post here

I tried what you said but still cam does not work on FAB,it works elsewhere.Thanks,Jim

Ah ha! I know the reason for this ....

You have a 'non Fab' compatible webcam, it needs special drivers and a different lens before it will work.

Send me 50 quid in used notes and I'll provide the right type of cam for this site ........

omg lol red. we have seen this problem in the past, and sometimes the people concerned had not gone to "settings" and made sure their cam was showing in list.
