What and who decides the hot photos I was browsing through and saw that I had posted a new photo that had gotten numerous fabs but wasn’t there amongst the list.

Maybe the other fabbed pics had more fabs than u! If u know the exact amount of fabs u have on one pic and its higher than others in the hot list maybe it will be refreshed and u will be there!

OP it's the most fab pics within 12 hours that go on hot pics I think x
