We seem to have people in our block list that we haven't even looked at never mind put in the block list anyone know how this could happen and why

Could it be that the person you have blocked overtime has changed their username and picture. This happens to us until someone pointed that out to us

Is it possible that they might be people that you have blocked in the past but have changed their user name since.

One of them is from the USA we definitely have not bloked them just carnt understand it

Could be a case of 'chubby fingers syndrome' - as you seem to use a mobile for the site, you could accidentally slip a finger over the 'block' icon when scrolling through pages.

If you use the chatrooms, it's easy done - the wee icon of a minus sign on a red circle, next to the names is a block button.

Whenever we block anyone we always put a note on the profile as to why we have blocked them.
