is it possible to be banned from viewing a certain thread?

trying to have a look-see at a thread we answered on about hiding verifications in the scottish forum but its not letting us, does this mean we are kinda blocked from it or is it mabye just a glitch?

it's a glitch that happens sometimes, not sure of the cause, but I tried to read it as well.

think I read ona thread it's a glitch if you try and do something with quote or sumit.. the last poster I mean , not us

ye sj+mark said the server got confused when someone tried to be clever with a double quote.

maybe somethin similar

dont know about a certain threat but i know ppl can get banned from forums on occasions lol
