My verifications have dissapeared it just says vrerifyed genuine and no details of who verified us or the messages they left us can anyone help ? X

if someone deletes their profile , any verifications they have given dissappear. thats probably whats happened.

Try goin into manage verifications just to make sure they've not went to hidden for some reason. But it's more likely that they've just left the site.
