Cant seem to upload video from my Samsung S8 ,get the wheel of doom then it fails,any tips?

I have struggled with this also.

I just kept trying and eventually it worked, but took ages..

Did one yesterday ..same result.

Can't upload any pics on Fab since yesterday.
