My pal is trying to join the site.... and cant get any access until she photo verifies herself? Is this a new thing? Shes been waiting over 24 hours?? She was using the site.....and then it locked her out?? Can anyone help? |

If she's been requested to photo verify (pv) then yes she will have to pv to use the site 
It'll need to match the pv criteria and be approved |

If she's genuine, why would she have a problem with getting photo verified? It doesn't show anywhere on the profile. |

Some people have to upload a PV before joining yes, it isn't compulsory for everyone. Once she uploads and it gets approved she will be able to use the site |
