There has been a lot of criticism, aimed primarily at single males, over the use of copy and paste with regard to messages, in that some men on fab have been accused of sending the exact same message to anyone and everyone within their local area in their desperate attempt to get a bite.
Effectively, by pasting the contents of your profile in a forum thread, you have given the impression that you would do exactly the same.
You only get one chance to make a first impression.

Still confused by it all, what better way to introduce yourself to an "introductions" thread than posting about yourself and what you're looking for?! Might but just me though I guess...
If people are nit picking at posting your own bio on an introductions thread then they're not the kind of people I'm looking for |
