Disagree, alot of people use it socially, as stress relief, to stay healthy and to socialise.
I wear my cks all year, shorts in summer, leggings under shorts in winter
Ladies without pants is very distracting for those of us who take it seriously  |

Yes it was it was the golden age of body building id say, with people like Dorian Yates 3 times world champion,
All posers in the gyms now taking photos and posing in the mirrors, if you are training correctly and concentrating you wont even be thinking about the phone,  |

As regular swimmer don’t understand these cyclists/gym goers who dives into pool without a shower. I’ve seen a lot of them. You don’t go to work after gym without showering, can’t understand why same people think it’s ok to bath in the pool |
