I've blocked people I recognised, I've also messaged to give them the tip of 'go to a club' with old friends... And then blocked them
More recently got chatting to someone, loved how they described the world, really liked the idea of meeting.
But as the covno went on I got a sinking feeling and then it was confirmed I knew this person from 10+years ago. I came clean.
We did keep talking, shallowly, saying we would meet for a good catch up, everything raised in convo saying we would discussing person, discussed two dates.. both of which have past since.
Life for them is busy and I suppose old aquantances isn't what people are looking for on here
