Distinction required here I think lot of actual TRANS girls suffer from gender dysphoria because their software tells them that they are female. They end up hating the male parts. Having any attention paid to those parts causes distress - hence the kick of trans tops and dislike of men sucking them. Plus, with testosterone blockers and estrogen, these parts pretty much cease to work.
Other varieties may be better for that activity because their arousal could be based on them feeling horny in lace, or maybe just bi or gay men with no real dysphoria.
Also, I'm not and never would speak for ALL Trans girls here. Your mileage may vary.
