There is only a communal shower at our local swimming pool/ leisure center don't think it would be well received if anyone went in there naked, it is really a bit inconvenient trying to get a soapy hand inside your swim wear discreetly. |

My first gym had a communal shower block and also a sauna in the lockeroom.
