Grew up with a very naturist family, many trips to studland in the summer, a few naturist swimming sessions here and there and even BBQ’s where everyone was nude it was great and so empowering for everyone, but it is a totally different life to swinging.
Being comfortable around others naked or partially naked and being able to just see them as a person nothing sexual there at all, is the key. Love the skin your in and others will love it too I have found.
I am still naked at home as much as I can be and love the feeling of the sun and wind on my naked body.
Can’t wait for summer and another visit to Studland or any other clothes optional beaches I can find in the UK. |

We moved permanently to Spain last year and spend a lot of time on nudist beaches or sunbathing ( amongst other things ) naked on our roof terrace
It’s quite normal to look across the roof tops and see topless and naked people - it’s a far more liberal lifestyle |

I enjoy being nude when on the beach on warmer days as my profile pics show, it's not about sex it's about feeling free and enjoying the company of others who are also naked. Being free of clothing is also very equalling I find. Unfortunately I have no venue on island to socialise with other naturists as there are no groups/events. |

Naturism isn't about you showing off or getting a sexual thrill & thus is the issue naturists have in being understood as many cannot separate nudity from sex. |

I've been a nudist for about 15 years now. So many great experiences. Ex was into it too so did alot with her in the past.
Hoping to get down to studland in June couple times and looked into another naturist holiday later this year. Can't beat being naked for a week in a resort.
