You've only been here a week.
There are many threads, by many single guys asking the same question and the best piece of advice is to be patient!!
It takes most of us months to get a first meet.
Us single guys outnumber single ladies by about 100 to 1. Yes, it's really that high a ratio.
Your profile could use a little work too.
If I were you, the very first thing I would do with that profile is remove the line about needing help to get verified. 
It's going to be putting a lot of people off.
You're profile text is all clumped together, making it difficult to read and it says nothing about what a prospective meet is going to get from you.
In other words, you need to think about why someone should pick you over the thousands of other guys on here, that have been here longer.
And pictures. You need to have some pictures on display - and don't fall into the trap that most single guys fall into by showing loads of different angles of your cock.
Believe me, most of the women on here just aren't interested in seeing it.
This is your advert to the people of fab, so you need to sell yourself.
