Would would you say has been the best 1st message someone sent to get you wanting to chat with them instantly?
What would be the worst message someone sent you?

Best messages are those that are personalised, demonstrate that the sender has read the profile, and have something interesting to say.
Worst messages are one line messages saying things like 'how are you', or random anonymous requests to meet. |

The absolute worst are the ones who message us without reading our profile and then have a go at us when we politely point out that they are not for us. |

Best was a chap in Scotland that said “I know we’ll never meet as we’re too far away but to me you are beautiful thank you for sharing your pics” made me feel good as I’m far from beautiful x worst was “fancy a f**k? Have to be in my car tho cos I cant accommodate either.. its only a mini though do you think it will be big enough for you” have to admit that one really made me laugh |

As a male that always personalises messages with thought, charisma and just the right amount of naughty, I still don’t seem to be able to make it past two/three messages...let alone meets. I’ve experience in the past as a couple but finding it much harder now as a single. Any advice ladies/couples? |

We don’t get loads of messages, although it increases substantially if we add new photos.
But would say probably 75% of first messages are the boring, unimaginative one liners usually comprising of “hey” “how are u” “how is fab treating you”
Which just immediately shows us the sender hasn’t even read our profile. It’s refreshing to receive a message from someone who has taken the time to read it through |

But isn’t messages an interaction rather than you get the reply go on lol......Usually you say Hello or hi to somebody you don’t know then they reply hello back usually they will say how are you or what you are upto then the other person will then replay to the question and then ask another question....... then you get a flowing conversation rather than a one sided text half a page long...... conversations should flow and from the reply you get you should respond with a likewise reply it’s really not hard basically it’s people being lazy by saying be creative lol just talk to them usually the phone conversation will kill any chat because you then actually get to talk to who your exchanging messages with and you will see if they can actually hold a conversation..... ie if they are actually the correct sex or not lol how many tiles have u exchanged messages and then found out they arnt who they day they are...... |
