As estate agents have a terrible reputation (and in some cases I can see why), I thought I'd offer my services, so to speak. Any advice you need regarding buying, selling or renting, feel free to drop me a line.
Totally no catches, but hey, why should it just be tradesmen who have all the fun?!

When you say no catches, does that mean you don't charge fees to sell the house? |

Haha....and that's a novel way of trying to negotiate on fees!
It was more about advice really: there are so many dodgy/incompetent agents out there, I thought I might be able to help anyone out who needed independent advice with no vested interest.
See, even (some) estate agents can be nice...
