Heres one for the ladies,I've set a profile up but due to the nature of my work have no profile pic,I think profile it self is fine and Ive messaged a few ladies but have had no luck!!! What am I doing wrong?

Why can't you have a picture that shows general body shape?
Your profile gives the impression that you are willing to fit women in to your very busy schedule if they message you. As unfair as it sounds fab doesn't work like that. My suggestion would be to say a little about what you offer a woman

The lack of pics will put many off .you don't to have your face on display ,but can have torso shots ,bum etc.
Saying you expect a meet after 3 messages would be an instant turn off,screams pushy .
You cant accom either which will put some off .
