The rules here are pretty much the same as anywhere else.
You can be a little more direct, but it basically works the same way - all the tings that attract the opposite sex in the real world work here - and all the things that repell them in the real world are just the same here too.
When you put something on your profile - your pics - or in a message, ask yourself - would this go down well with the girl next door / the girl down the pub?
For example - want to put lots and lots and lots of pics of your cock on your profile?
Think how this would go down in real life.

or
