I’ve been with someone who did it because it drove me crazy, but she got stage fright so struggled to “go” but it’s ok, these things happen! That said, if you made yourself desperate enough you would go anywhere lol |

Oh, you'd probably be fine in any case. Just drink plenty of water beforehand, have water running in the background and have an actual loo nearby if you still find it difficult?
That way you can dash to the loo, assume the normal position, release your flow...then hold till you are back in the "desired" position...then happily release once more...
